Welcome to Build With Bert. This website is operated and fulfilled by Northline Print Co., located in the State of Minnesota. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Build With Bert and Northline Print Co.

By accessing our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree that all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

2. Products & Custom Orders

All products sold on Build With Bert are custom made to order unless otherwise stated. Because items are produced specifically for each customer, all sales are considered final except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and manufacturing processes.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities of any order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Build With Bert and Northline Print Co. are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.
Size exchanges may be allowed if inventory is available. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.

Limited-edition and influencer drop items are final sale.

6. Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

7. Influencer & Collaboration Products

Products sold through influencer collaborations are produced and fulfilled by Northline Print Co. Influencers are not responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, refunds, or customer service unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, and content on this site are the property of Build With Bert and/or Northline Print Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Build With Bert and Northline Print Co. are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the amount paid for the product.
